We’re so grateful to be supported by fantastic funders and partners. Behind every logo is a team of people who we love working with, who give us their time, contribute ideas and encourage us in our ambitions. We couldn’t do what we do without them.

The National Lottery Community Fund is responsible for distributing 40 per cent of all funds raised for good causes by the National Lottery - around £670 million last year. Its funding supports the aspirations of people who want to make life better for their communities. It shares what it learns as grant-maker with communities, other funders and the government.

Foundation Derbyshire want to see a culture of giving at the heart of life in Derbyshire, helping to create a county where communities are strong, civil society is valued, and all individuals have the opportunity to fulfil their potential and be treated fairly and with respect.

Established in 1958, the Garfield Weston Foundation is a family-founded grant-maker that gives money to support a wide variety of charities across the UK. The Foundation’s funding comes from an endowment of shares in the Weston family business – a successful model that still exists today.

The Dulverton Trust is an independent grant-making charity. They support UK charities tackling a range of social issues, protecting the natural world, and preserving heritage crafts.

Herbert Smith Freehills is a global legal services company with expertise in banking, energy, the public sector and technology industries. Its pro bono initiatives focus on building the rule of law, social inclusion, capacity building and the implications of climate change. It has provided pro bono legal support for Local Welcome since 2017.

Near Neighbours brings people together in communities that are religiously and ethnically diverse, so that they can get to know each other better, build relationships of trust, and collaborate together on initiatives that improve the local community they live in. Its objectives are to develop social interaction in multi-faith areas and encourage social action by people of all faiths and none.

People’s Health Trust believes in a world without health inequalities. We work to ensure that where you live does not unfairly reduce the length of your life, or the quality of your health. Through our funding and support, we encourage resident-focused approaches as a means of addressing the underlying structural causes of health inequalities.

Save the Children UK are the leading independent children’s organisation. They believe that every child is full of potential, and work to help them have a fair chance in life, changing the future for good. Local Welcome is partnering with SCUK by working with Ukranian families who have recently arrived in the UK.

Birmingham City Council sponsor our Local Welcome group in Birmingham, with a grant through the Sanctuary grants scheme.

The London Community Foundation are passionate about London, its people, its communities and its vitality. But they also know that it's a place that can exclude and marginalise. In response, they support London’s communities by convening donors to address community needs and support smaller local organisations.

Comic Relief is a major charity based in the UK, with a vision of a just world, free from poverty. Their goal is to drive positive change through the power of entertainment.

The Society of the Holy Child Jesus was established by Cornelia Connelly, based on trust and reverence for the dignity of every human being. Their mission is to try with perseverance to help others grow strong in faith and lead fully human lives.

Ben & Jerry's Foundation mission is to engage Ben & Jerry's employees in philanthropy and social change work to give back to communities and to support grassroots activism and community organizing for social and environmental justice. Its interests are in social justice, protecting the environment and supporting sustainable food systems.

Paul Hamlyn Foundation's mission is to help people overcome disadvantage and lack of opportunity so that they can realise their potential and enjoy fulfilling and creative lives. The foundation is primarily concerned with social justice and hopes its work will help to improve and enrich the lives of the disadvantaged and excluded.

The Indigo Trust is a UK-based grant making foundation that works to create a world of active, informed citizens and responsive, accountable governments that together drive positive change in society. It aims to showcase the potential of information technologies for social change to other donors and civil society in order to maximise their impact.

Norfolk Community Foundation is dedicated to building stronger communities and improving the lives of people in Norfolk. They build funding and support that ensures local charities can continue and grow, providing essential care, support and opportunities for the most vulnerable. We are supported through the Love Norfolk fund.

Belfast City Council sponsor our Local Welcome group in Belfast, with a grant through the Good Relations grants scheme. The views expressed are not necessarily shared or endorsed by the Council. The Council does not accept any responsibility or liability for same.

The Rayne Foundation looks for creative ways of tackling entrenched social issues through the arts, health, wellbeing, and education. They support projects that can be replicated and led by people with vision. Our grant from Rayne is under their special interest area of Improved Quality of Life for Carers and for Older People.

The People's Postcode Trust supports communities and individuals across England, Scotland and Wales. It operates its own society lottery and receives all of its funding from players of People's Postcode Lottery. Since 2009, People’s Postcode Trust has awarded more than £12 million to over 1800 projects across Great Britain.

The National Lottery Heritage Fund is the largest dedicated grant funder of the UK’s heritage. Understanding, valuing and sharing our heritage brings people together, inspires pride in communities and boosts investment in local economies. We wish to thank National Lottery payers for making Local Welcome meals possible.

The Roddick Foundation is a family-run, independent and progressive organisation dedicated to the support of visionary organisations and individuals who show leadership and results in making this a more just and kind world. It makes grants to those engaged in results-oriented work in the areas of social, labour and environmental justice, and human rights.

St Mark’s Kennington is a friendly Anglican church with an amazing variety of people. It provided Local Welcome with subsidised office space in Lambeth 2018-2023. The church has also hosted multiple Local Welcome pilot events in partnership with schools, elderly peoples groups, and local migrant communities.
